Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Services provided by [PRV Technologies legal entity]. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may update it to address new forms of abuse.
1. Prohibited activities
Illegal content or conduct: anything that violates applicable law, including distribution of unlawful content or infringement of intellectual property.
Security violations: unauthorized access, scanning, or interference with any system or network; circumventing authentication; deploying malware.
Network abuse: sending spam, operating open relays/proxies for abuse, denial-of-service attacks, or generating traffic intended to disrupt others.
Fraud and deception: phishing, identity theft, payment fraud, or impersonation.
Harmful content: child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance, reported to authorities), content promoting violence or terrorism.
2. Resource and network integrity
You may not use the Services in a way that degrades performance for others, exceeds fair-use limits of shared resources, or attempts to evade resource accounting. High-bandwidth and compute-intensive workloads (including legitimate streaming, gaming, trading, and Web3 workloads) are permitted provided they comply with this AUP and applicable law.
3. Cryptocurrency and Web3 workloads
Lawful blockchain, validator, and node workloads are permitted. Activities involving fraud, market manipulation, sanctioned entities, or unauthorized use of third-party resources to mine or transact are prohibited.
4. Your security responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your instances, applying updates, managing credentials and firewall rules, and promptly responding to abuse or compromise on resources under your control.
5. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to [abuse@prvtechnologies.com]. We investigate reports and may request information from you about activity on your resources.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, throttling, suspension, or termination, and where appropriate, notification of law enforcement. We may act immediately without notice where there is risk to the Services, third parties, or the public.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. The current version governs your use of the Services.
