1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how PRV Tech, a company registered in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 727-86-02960) (“PRV Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://prvtechnologies.com and our customer portal (together, the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.

2. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember user choices, and to provide information to site operators. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, perform comparable functions. In this Policy, we refer to all of these as “cookies”.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the Site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include cookies and similar technologies that keep you signed in and maintain your session (provided through our authentication provider, Supabase) and that support security, content delivery, and load balancing (provided through our content-delivery and security provider, Cloudflare). Because these are essential, they do not require your consent, and the Site may not work properly without them.

Analytics and performance cookies. We use analytics and performance-monitoring cookies and similar technologies, provided by third parties, to understand how visitors use the Site, to measure and improve performance, and to detect and diagnose errors. These are not strictly necessary; where required by law, we set them only after you consent, you can decline them without affecting essential functionality, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Advertising and targeting cookies. We use advertising and targeting cookies and similar technologies, and we share information collected through them (such as online identifiers and usage information) with third-party advertising platforms, including to support and measure advertising that may be tailored to your interests across other sites and services. These are not strictly necessary; where required by law, we set them only after you consent, you can decline them without affecting essential functionality, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Depending on your location, sharing information with advertising platforms may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable law; for details and your opt-out rights, see our Privacy Policy, including the "Your Privacy Rights" and California sections.

Preference cookies. We may use preference cookies to remember choices you make, such as language or display settings. Where these are not strictly necessary, we set them, where required by law, only after you consent, and you can decline them without affecting essential functionality.

4. Managing Your Cookies

You can control cookies in the following ways:

  • Consent banner and preference center. When you first visit the Site, and at any time afterward, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies (analytics and performance, advertising and targeting, and other optional categories) through our cookie banner and preference center. Non-essential cookies are blocked until you consent, and you can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the preference center. We keep a record of the consent choices you make.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar signals. We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of non-essential cookies and, where applicable, of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

  • Browser controls. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the Site, including sign-in, to stop working.

The Global Privacy Control has emerged as a recognized standard for opt-out signals, and we honor it as described above. Separately, we do not currently respond to legacy browser "Do Not Track" signals, for which no common standard exists.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on the Site are set by third parties that provide services on our behalf or in connection with the Site. Our analytics and performance providers (Google Analytics 4, PostHog, and Sentry) and our advertising provider (Google advertising services) may set their own cookies and similar technologies and process the information they collect under their own privacy and cookie policies, and some may use that information for their own purposes, including cross-context behavioral advertising. Our authentication provider (Supabase) and our content-delivery and security provider (Cloudflare) operate as first-party, strictly necessary providers used to run and secure the Site. We set non-essential third-party cookies, where required by law, only after you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 4. We do not control the cookies set by third-party services you choose to use within the Services you host.

6. Changes and Contact

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If you have questions about this Cookie Policy, please contact us:
